I am writing you to give you an unsolicited evaluation of my experience dealing with your Jump store in Moncton. I and members of my immediate family have recently purchased two iPhone 6S and a Macbook Pro.We have also used Jump on several occassions for repairs and upgrades to existing hardware. On every encounter with the store and it's representatives I have found the service and knowledge to be exemplary. A special call out to Mike Goguen,, your store manager, for his commitment to positive customer experience.
In this age of online purchasing, acquiring merchandise is simple. However, having the added value of ensuring that the product is tailored to work right, is set up to the customer's specs and "just works" is worthy of praise. So cudo's to Jump! I certainly will continue to encourage others to use Jump for their Apple needs.

On Sunday, my fourteen year old son dropped his iPhone 5 which caused the phone to stop working. Your staff was amazing! A young woman was only to pleased to help me. She performed some magic and, within fifteen minutes, she had the phone up and running again. Amazing! My son was thrilled, as was my wife. I am writing to you regarding the excellent customer service I received last week from your store in Avalon Mall, St. John's NL. The staff was professional, explained everything and then offered me a replacement phone without cost which I totally was not expecting!! It was truly amazing and I can't say enough about the customer service: Great attitude, friendly, knowledgeable and treated me with respect as my phone was not damaged and therefore no repairs were needed. I would definitly recommend jump+ to others requiring cell phone repairs.

He was very professional and never said anything bad about the model. But he handled an extremely difficult conversation with maturity and class. Too often in life, we take the time to complain, but never think to say thanks for a job well done. I am a retired Corporate Consultant who specialized in Customer Service. I have had 2 experiences with your store and both were positive. From the moment the staff answered my telephone call, to my walking out of the store with my purchase they represented Jumpplus, with professionalism, courtesy and respect for me as a customer.
The staff promptly answered all of my questions, including when he had to consult with one of his peers about the product I was asking about. We communicated both verbally and via email and during those exchanges, I felt valued as a Jumpplus customer. During each visit we were assisted by different employees, all were very knowledgable, attentive, and most importantly happy to assist. The manager, has done a great job with his team as everyone seemed to get along great and helped each other out. An attribute that is hard to find in electronic based stores.
In light of the great service we received, we have returned to this location to deal with all of our electronic needs, and will continue to do so in the future. I have also felt confident enough to recommend this store to a few of my friends as I know they are sure to receive the same treatment.

I don't normally write this sort of memo but I feel I must because my experience was THAT good. It is rare that I spend that much money and feel good about it but your technician was absolutely first class. This guy put my mind at ease right from my initial phone call. I recently had some problems with my I pad . I went to the Sudbury store in the mall . A gentleman was extremely helpful with my problem. Being a senior and somewhat computer shy he explained to me in a way that did not make me feel like I was stupid . He is very knowledgeable with your product and has people skills that cannot be taught . My visit to your store could easily have been a bit of a nightmare , but the staff put me at ease and made my visit very relaxing . I left your store knowing that if I ever need help or assistance with any new purchases or advise with a product I have, my first and only stop will be at this store.

It is my utter pleasure to leave a review for the Sudbury Jump+ location. Not only was I met with superb customer service and professionalism, I was serviced speedily and readily. Calling ahead of time to explain my situation I was offered a quick solution, as the technitian fully understood my situation and that I could not part with my Mac for more than a day. It will take no less than 1 hour from calling, to entering the store, to paying and then leaving.. that my mac will be fixed. I found your front desk personnel to be understanding and empathetic to my concerns. Second my service was put into the hands of your technician, who called me personally to outline an approach to salvaging what he could from the original corrupted hard drive. In the end my computer was returned to me with all the programs and data intact. I'm very grateful.
I've had another incident where our daughter, who attends The University of Guelph called me in a panic when her MacBook crashed. She did not have a backup of data nor an alternate computer to use for her courses. I remembered that Jump+ had a store in Guelph and contacted them by phone. Once again the service provided was exemplary. We rented a replacement laptop, while her machine was fixed and recovered in full. The representative in Guelph went out of there way to ensure that our daughter's academics did not suffer in the incident.
If this is the business model of service that Jump+ strives to maintain and deliver then I applaud it! I will remain a good customer and tell others of my positive experiences.
